§ 5-42. Same—Responsibility of boat captain.

The boat captain to whom a permit is issued under this article shall be responsible for the person designated by him and whose name is placed on his permit pursuant to section 5-43 and any violation of the provisions of this article by such person shall be considered the act of the captain.
