Chapter 4. AUTOMOBILE GRAVEYARDS

§ 4-3. Fencing.

Latest version.

Any person operating an automobile graveyard within the town shall completely enclose the same with a board fence six (6) feet in height and constructed in a neat, proper and workmanlike manner. Such fence shall be painted with some shade of green, within thirty (30) days after the same has been constructed and every two (2) years thereafter. Such fence shall have but one entrance, which entrance shall also be used as an exit.
