§ 2-70. Accountability.

(a)

The commission shall make a public report to the town council each year not later than the regularly scheduled council meeting in the month of September to include activities, accomplishments, and financial status for preceding fiscal year.

(b)

The town council may, at its discretion and cost, audit the finances of the commission. The commissioners are charged to cooperate wholeheartedly with any such audit.
