§ 23-90. Tourism zones.

There are hereby established tourism zones in the Town of Colonial Beach as designated on that certain map titled "Colonial Beach Tourism Zones Parts 1, 2, and 3," a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Additional tourism zones may be added by amendment to this article. The purpose of these zones is to provide economic incentives for eligible business entities, which make a substantial investment and create new jobs in such zones.
