The type, capacities, location and layout of a private wastewater disposal system
shall comply with all regulations of the department of public health of the state.
No septic tank or cesspool shall be permitted to discharge to any natural outlet.
No part of the septic tank system may be covered with a building or with a substantially
impervious structure or surface, including driveways, patios or blacktop. Exceptions
to the foregoing shall be made only upon receipt of waiver from the health director.
Footing and roof drainage shall not enter the septic system.
