§ 13.1-57. Records; inspection by treasurer and chief of police.

  • It shall be the duty of every person liable for the collection and payment to the town of any fees imposed by this article to keep and preserve for a period of two (2) years such suitable records as may be necessary to determine the amount of such fee as he may have been responsible for collecting and paying to the town. The treasurer and/or chief of police shall have the right to inspect such records at all reasonable times.
