§ 13.1-54. Discount.

For the purpose of compensating the owner/operator of any flea market collecting the fee imposed by this article, such owner/operator shall be allowed three (3) percent of the amount of the fee due and accounted for in the form of a deduction on his or her monthly return, provided, the amount due is not delinquent at the time of payment.
