§ 12-8. Specifications for businesses.

(a)

A monthly fee, to be determined by the town manager and approved by the town council, shall be charged to all businesses which use the town garbage and trash collection service.

(b)

The collection of more garbage and trash than is allowed under section 12-2(e) will only be authorized if an individual business agrees to pay an additional monthly fee to be determined by the town manager and approved by the town council.

(c)

Businesses shall conform to the receptacle standards enumerated in section 12-2.
