§ 3-5. Right of Appeal.

In the event a plan for subdivision is disapproved by the Subdivision Agent or Planning Commission the subdivider may appeal to the Circuit Court of Westmoreland County as permitted by Section 15.2-2259 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.
